Starting at 10 hours, retainers are a great way to ensure coverage and availability. Ideal if you want consistency to fees and have a clear idea of the amount of support needed.

Can be used in alignment with Pay As You Go, with partial retainer hours for a baseline time guarantee and the flexibility of additional hours to be billed as needed.

The same support is offered with Retainer Contracts as those listed under Pay As You Go.

With Body | Mind | Business, we explore you as the person behind the business. Any health conditions you’ve never had time to get to the bottom of, emotional imbalances, stress triggers - we explore the root cause of them and establish what is needed for a long term fix.

We then go on to explore the same model with your business. What hasn’t been working for a while? What is the biggest energy drain? What dampens your spark the most?

With both aspects explored, we then build and implement a business operations plan - placing the most authentic and healthy version of you at the centre.

This package runs for up to 3 months, with weekly sessions and a build up to ongoing virtual business support which can be carried on with a Pay As You Go arrangement or a Retainer Contract.
